Michael Richthammer is the sector leader for Bain's DACH Private Equity practice.
Michael has almost 20 years of management consulting experience, working with private equity and infrastructure funds as well as asset managers & family holdings in three areas: due-diligence projects (buy-side and sell-side), value creation projects in portfolio companies and investment and fund strategy projects.
He has significant performance improvement expertise, supporting companies across numerous industries with a primary focus on supply chain and overhead optimization. He also helps clients to address business unit and corporate strategy.
Michael earned a degree in business administration from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
