Niels Reiff Koggersbøl is the co-leader of our Nordics Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice and an expert in our Energy & Natural Resources and Commercial Excellence practices.
With more than 25 years of consulting experience, Niels co-founded Qvartz and served as one of its managing partners prior to its integration with our Nordics team in early 2020.
His recent client work has involved:
- The design and execution of a large-scale transformation program for a global automotive OEM
- The implementation of a global commercial excellence program for a Nordic-based medtech player; and
- The development of a corporate strategy for a global renewables company.
Prior to forming Qvartz, Niels worked for two other top consulting firms.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an M.Sc. in engineering from the Danish Technical University (DTU). He also completed an executive education program in turnaround management strategy at Harvard Business School (HBS).
