Rodrigo Más

Rodrigo Más is a partner in Bain & Company's São Paulo office. He is an expert in the firm's Energy & Natural Resources, Oil & Gas and Chemicals practices.  

Rodrigo has more than 15 years of management consulting experience and delivers strategies that work for industry leaders.

He has worked with top management of large national and multinational groups across a range of industries, including chemicals, energy, mining, metals, cement, financial services, logistics, airlines, agribusiness and private equity. He has led engagements addressing business unit strategy, commercial strategy, M&A, strategic planning, customer loyalty, operational excellence, supplier management, shared services, organizational redesign and corporate governance.   

Rodrigo also spent four months in Bain's San Francisco office as a member of the Private Equity Group, during which he served clients in the technology, consumer goods and publishing industries.

Prior to joining Bain in 2000, he worked at TendTudo, an Alcoa Aluminium subsidiary in the construction materials retail segment, as an IT analyst.

Rodrigo holds an MSc in chemical engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (Brazil). He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
