Sandeep Heda

Sandeep Heda is a leader in our Private Equity, Retail, and Advanced Manufacturing and Services practices.

He has more than 15 years of management consulting experience, advising clients across industries. He has extensive experience in growth strategy, M&A strategy and sector screens, commercial and operational due diligence, and both B2C and B2B pricing.

While at Bain, Sandeep has worked for extended periods in our San Francisco and Southeast Asia offices. He is currently a leader of our Atlanta office’s associate consultant recruiting program. Sandeep has also been a guest lecturer at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and cited or published in WSJ Pro Private Equity, HBR.org, and Supermarket News.

Sandeep graduated with bachelor's degrees in business administration and economics, summa cum laude, from Emory University. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business in 2007, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar and Joseph Wharton Scholar. While at Wharton, Sandeep worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in New York City.
