With close to 25 years of experience in consulting, Sriram is passionate for making healthcare accessible and affordable to the emerging markets of the world, and has advised life science and pharmaceutical companies in various geographies in the areas of business diagnosis, entry strategy, supply chain and operations excellence, salesforce excellence, and technology transformation. He is an expert in enabling large-scale transformation across capabilities such as M&A, digital, technology and outsourcing, market entry strategy, operations management, supply chain, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining Bain, Sriram worked for two other top multinational professional services companies.

He earned his PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and holds a B. Tech degree in chemical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
