Tamsin Bury

Tamsin Bury is a member of our AML Accelerator Group practice.

She has more than 20 years of experience in large investment banks, including Lehman, UBS, Deutsche, and RBC. Her work spans front office, finance, change, and operations, with significant experience leading KYC/AML operations. She has experience in anti-financial crime execution, regulatory change, operating model design, and technology implementations. She has led global teams of more than 1,500 staff and has delivered large, multi-million-pound change programs across compliance, client reference data, finance controls, and process change. Her experience includes bringing a positive culture to organizations undergoing change, with a focus on risk and control.

Tamsin holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and qualified as a management accountant. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, attending spin classes, and watching live music with her family. She has two grown-up sons and a small dog, Annie.
