Vitor D'Agnoluzzo

Vitor D’Agnoluzzo is Bain's Head of Technology for Financial Services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and is a member of our EMEA Leadership Team.

He has nearly 20 years of experience advising tier-one financial institutions, including retail and commercial banks, insurance providers, and wealth managers. He specializes in digital and data transformations, journey redesign, core banking replacement, delivery assurance, and IT cost reduction. He has particularly strong experience in large-scale, technology-based transformations, advising CEOs and their teams on how to win in the digital world.

In addition to his client work, he leads Familia at Bain, our affinity group for Latin Americans, and is actively involved in recruiting. He is also a frequent speaker at international industry events.

Before joining Bain, Vitor was co-founder and CEO of the startup Bem Casados and worked in General Electric’s technology division.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Universidade de São Paulo.
