You’ll also be responsible for the day-to-day management, professional development, and coaching of direct reports, helping shape team capacity, skills, and ways of working as product needs evolve.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

For vendor-supported products, you’ll make well-researched vendor recommendations and coordinate with senior leadership, TSG, Legal, and Procurement teams throughout the process.

For internally developed products, you’ll actively participate in relevant Agile ceremonies.

For some products, you may actively manage product budgets, including professional development and licensing costs, while tracking spend against approved amounts.

You’ll directly manage a team of 1–2 individuals, supporting their professional development through coaching, development planning, training recommendations, and performance review input.

You’ll partner with your supervisor on capacity planning, helping inform recommendations on team shape, size, skill development, and outsourcing opportunities.
