Double Degree or Undergraduate Studies Abroad Recruiting Process 2026 – AC

Bain & Company is looking for recent graduates who completed a Double Degree or an undergraduate degree abroad to join our São Paulo office as an AC (Associate Consultant, full-time position).

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll be part of consulting teams solving our clients’ most critical business challenges, with structured mentorship and a clear path for growth within the firm.

Eligibility

- Graduation between 2023 and Jun/2027

- Currently based outside Brazil at the time of application

Key dates

- Nov 12: Webinar about Bain, career paths, and the recruiting process (online)

- Nov 15: Application deadline

- Nov 17–18: Online test (in English)

- Nov 27– Dec 16: 1st Round (online) — currently planned to wrap up by mid-December, but depending on interviewer availability, this may extend into early January

- January: Last Round (in person, abroad)
