Familia at Bain (FAM) is a diverse community for all Bain professionals who want to build deeper connections around the experiences of colleagues and others from Hispanic, Latino/a/x, Chicano/a, Latin American and/or Afro/Latin backgrounds. Our efforts focus on building connection and community and creating a culture where everyone feels valued, empowered, and inspired.
A core piece of our commitment to Diverse Teams, One Bain
Bain has been investing in diverse and inclusive teams since our founding. Our earliest affinity groups started informally over 30 years ago and since then we have expanded into a wide range of activities and events to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
Familia at Bain provides members with a space to form meaningful relationships, drive connectivity, and build community. While we take pride in the deep bonds created within Familia at Bain, we also build connections with other affinity groups and share the diversity across our culture with the broader firm.
