Simran grew up in an entrepreneurial family in India and found she enjoys blending analytics with people-focused problem solving. After time as an associate consultant at Bain and earning her MBA at Kellogg, she returned to the firm with a broader perspective and a new start in San Francisco. Taylor began in private wealth after studying history and psychology at Emory. Only after several years and encouragement from mentors did she pursue an MBA at Duke and discover consulting, eventually joining Bain through the Summer Associate program.
