The summer before my sophomore year, I interned in corporate finance and quickly realized that I wanted a career that was more team-oriented and allowed me to solve complex, dynamic problems. That realization, combined with my involvement in an on-campus consulting organization, motivated me to begin preparing for consulting recruitment. After months of case prep and exploration, I was fortunate to receive several consulting offers. What made Bain stand out was the people — every interaction I had reflected a genuine, collaborative spirit and a culture that I knew I wanted to be part of.

How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
