Dominik Foucar is a member of our Automotive, Chemicals, M&A, Operations, and Performance Improvement practices. He also advises clients on cost transformations and strategic realignment programs.

With nearly two decades of management consulting experience, Dominik's work spans accelerated performance transformation and M&A strategy work for automotive and process industry clients. He has deep expertise across the EV battery ecosystem, software transformation, as well as AI-enabled operations improvement and operating model optimization programs.

He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
