Evren Sungur

Evren Sungur is a leader in our Performance Improvement practice and leads our Corporate Support solution in the Americas. He advises senior executives on cost and strategic transformations that deliver measurable near-term results and build capabilities to sustain performance over time. He has worked across industries with deep experience in retail. In addition to corporate clients, he has advised numerous private equity funds on commercial due diligence and portfolio company value creation planning.

Clients consistently cite Evren’s pragmatic, results-driven style. A Fortune 500 CFO described his work as “the highest ROI investment for the company,” and another Fortune 500 CEO called the work as “the best consulting work he has seen in his career.”

Beyond his case work, Evren leads our Boston recruiting efforts for The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also our Boston office's Building Entrepreneurial Leaders program manager.

Evren holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and M.A./B.A. degrees from Brandeis University. He is a graduate of the United World College USA.

Outside of Bain, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, playing basketball and freediving. He and his family support the Boston Children’s Museum and Massachusetts General Hospital cancer research efforts.
