Jon Webber is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences and Private Equity practices.
He has over 12 years of management consulting experience and delivers strategies that work for business leaders.
Over his time with us, he has worked across a number of industries, including healthcare, retail, and insurance. He also spent time with our Performance Improvement practice, in which he co-founded our Zero-based Budgeting and Zero-based Redesign approaches.
Jon joined the firm in 2008 in Chicago and has also spent time working in our New Delhi office.
He graduated from Northwestern with a dual bachelor's degree in political science and mathematical methods in the social sciences. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
