About Karim
Karim Shariff is the head of our EMEA Construction, Building Products, Real Estate and B2B Services sector. He also leads our Education work in the Middle East.
Karim has nearly 20 years of consulting experience with Bain, having joined the firm in 1999. He spent considerable time with Bain in the United States and Europe before relocating to the Middle East in 2008.
He has a broad base of consulting experience advising senior executives and government leaders on strategy, organization, performance improvement, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and transformation.
Additionally, Karim is passionate about supporting education institutes, foundations and non-profit organizations through Bain’s Social Impact practice.
Karim holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BBA from Emory University.
