Laura van Dijk

Laura van Dijk is the global leader of our Operating Model solution and a member of our Applied Technology & AI, Agile, and Financial Services practices.

Laura helps companies achieve their potential through modern, technology-forward operating models that enable dynamic, fast-moving organizations to execute focused strategies. Her work spans AI, Agile and product, and digital transformations, with change management often playing a central role.

She has led major transformations for Fortune 100 companies across sectors, with a particular focus on financial services. Her experience includes aligning operating models with strategy, simplifying workflows supported by technology and AI, and enabling cross-functional teams to execute key strategic priorities. She also works with leaders to align workforce structure and size with current and future needs.

Before joining us in 2012, Laura spent several years at Gartner (formerly the Corporate Executive Board), working in Washington, D.C., and London.

Laura holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where she was a Fuqua Scholar. She also earned a bachelor's degree in history from Duke University, graduating in the top 2% of her class.
