Maham El-Shoura

Maham El-Shoura is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

Since joining us in 2016, Maham has focused on helping asset-intensive clients execute large-scale, end-to-end transformations. She has deep experience in utilities and renewables, including large-scale capital investment driven by the energy transition and AI. She also advises private equity investors, with a focus on commercial due diligence.

With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in capital projects and related transformations, supporting clients across the full asset lifecycle, from long-term asset and investment planning to capital project acceleration, operational handover, and delivery. She has led programs from diagnosis and design through implementation, including operating model redesign, workforce change management, and the development of governance and capabilities to sustain results. Her work also spans field force optimization and cost reduction, with a track record of delivering sustainable results.

Maham is a qualified actuary and former Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. She holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial science from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
