Phil Gray is a member of our Mining practice in North America.

His work spans commodities including gold, copper, rare earth elements (REEs), potash, oil sands, and other critical minerals - both within open-pit and underground operations.
He brings expertise across the full asset life-cycle, from projects and active operations to closure, and has designed and deployed AI and machine learning solutions within mining environments to drive efficiency and performance.
Prior to joining Bain, Phil spent a decade in the mining industry as an engineer and operations manager, leading site-based performance turnarounds and delivering major capital projects.
