Sarah Cerchi is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.
Sarah advises clients on large-scale transformation programs and performance improvement to deliver tangible financial results. She has deep expertise in Bain’s Accelerated Performance Transformation toolkit and experience in accelerated revenue growth, digital channels, customer value propositions, cost optimization, and change management.
In 2023, Sarah was awarded our firm’s Bright-Dix Memorial Award, which annually recognizes one or two individuals globally for outstanding contributions to the professional development of others.
Sarah has over a decade of experience in management consulting and has worked across Australia and across the US after being based in our New York office for 4+ years.
Prior to joining Bain, Sarah worked at another consulting firm, and was also a chemical engineer working in Victoria and NSW. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
