About Ben
Ben Siegal leads the Divestitures solution globally within Bain’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestitures practice. He is also a member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.
Ben advises corporate and private equity clients on complex, global transactions. This includes separations (divestitures and spins), standing up or integrating carved-out assets, and merger integration. He brings hands-on experience that combines a focus on value creation with operational know-how to deliver lasting results. This spans from portfolio evaluations and diligence/early separation planning to the detailed planning and execution of all facets of these programs. He also advises clients on developing their own M&A and Divestitures capabilities.
In addition to deep experience in healthcare and life sciences, Ben has industry experience across financial services, consumer products, and advanced manufacturing & services.
Ben is based in our Boston office and has also worked in the firm’s Sydney office.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from Brown University.
