About Hugo
Hugo Parkinson is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing Services practice and serves as its Lead in EMEA.
With nearly two decades of consulting management experience, Hugo's expertise spans private equity, post-acquisition value creation, and transformation delivery, with deep expertise in operating model design and performance improvement. He has led large-scale transformation programs for aerospace and defense clients, including the modernization of defense and technology.
Prior to Bain, Hugo was a submarine officer in the Royal Navy. He holds a master's degree in computer systems engineering from the University of Bristol.
