Karima Porter

Karima is a member of our M&A and Divestitures practice with a focus on clients in the high technology, software, and private equity spaces.

She has more than a decade of experience guiding clients through large-scale business transformations, M&A integration and divestiture strategy development, and post merger integrations ranging in scale and scope. Karima also has extensive experience helping clients develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and channel optimization.

Before joining us, Karima was a leader at another management consulting firm, where she spearheaded the M&A practice’s initiative toward analytics-based consulting services.

Karima earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and her bachelor’s degree from Harvard College. She is on the Associates’ Board of City Year Los Angeles, an AmeriCorps nonprofit institution where members serve as tutors, mentors, and role models to help students and schools succeed.
