About Niels
Niels Reiff Koggersbøl is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice and serves as its Co-Lead. He is also an active member of our Commercial Excellence practice.
He has over two decades of management consulting experience advising clients on strategy, M&A, and large-scale industrial transformation. Niels expertise spans green aluminum and low-carbon materials strategy, sales, and operations planning (S&OP).
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master's in engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. He has also completed an education program in turnaround management strategy from Harvard Business School.
