Parvathy Kailasam is a member of our Technology practice.

Parvathy brings over a decade of consulting experience across Bain's global offices, with deep expertise in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector. Her client portfolio spans leading tech services companies, digital engineering specialists, and electronics majors, including several of the industry's top players. She has led engagements across go-to-market strategy, workforce management, capability sourcing, performance improvement, post-merger integration, and data strategy — as well as sector scans and due diligence for private equity and venture capital funds.

Beyond her client work, she is a leader for our India Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts, and leads the firm's recruitment presence at IIM Calcutta.

Parvathy holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and a B.Eng (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
