Stacey Leibowitz

As the global head of Leadership Recruiting, Stacey Leibowitz supports the firm’s senior leadership in the areas of global talent strategy, recruiting, and integration for senior consulting and functional leadership at Bain. She also co-leads the New York Women@Bain affinity group.

Prior to joining Bain, Stacey was with the retained executive search firm Kirkland West, where she spent seven years as a Managing Director focused on recruiting executives into strategy, finance and general management positions for corporate and private equity clients.

Stacey also has extensive experience in retail consulting including a year as a retail strategist with a commercial real estate brokerage firm and six years as a management consultant with Kurt Salmon, where she supported clients in the areas of consumer insights, merchandising strategy and inventory effectiveness.

Stacey earned her AB in international affairs from Lafayette College and MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. She is also certified in psychometric talent assessment.
