How to apply for this program
This program is for female and gender-diverse individuals with working rights or visa sponsorship qualifications. Tailored for those enrolled in an EU, UK, or US MBA school.
We seek candidates with impressive achievements, a drive for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and engagement in community service or extracurricular activities.

Applications for 2025 Be Bold Scholarship program are now closed. Applications will open in April and close in May. Interviews will be held in June.

- Describe an achievement you are most proud of.
- What draws you to Australia as a place to work, and how does it align with your career goals?
- Choose your preferred Australia office in Perth, Melbourne, or Sydney.

What does the interview process look like?
Once the deadline has passed, eligible selected candidates will be invited to interview.
The first round of interviews includes two case interviews. The second round of interviews includes one case interview and one behavioural based interview. Please find more information on case interviews here. -
Are there set dates for the 8-10 week Summer Associate program in Australia?
The Summer Associate Program runs from June to August each year. To help you with planning, we will let you know the specific dates if you are successful.

Do I need to have a consulting background to be able to apply for the program?
No, you do not need to have experience in consulting, we accept applicants from all backgrounds for this scholarship. Bain provides formal and informal training and development opportunities to ensure you are provided with the right tools to be successful in your role.

Do I need to have working rights in Australia to be eligible for this program?
In order to be eligible for The Be Bold MBA Scholarship, you must already hold working rights for Australia or qualify for visa sponsorship. Please refer to the Australian Government website for further information.

Can I still apply to other roles/programs if I’m unsuccessful for the scholarship?
We have limited spots for this program, but your application may be considered for other programs you have applied for pending the application requirements.
We encourage you to apply for a position regardless of the outcome of your application.
