How to apply for this program
We welcome bachelor’s and master’s students graduating in 2026 or 2027 who identify as women and are studying in Europe and the Middle East. Whether consulting is a new curiosity or a firm ambition, we encourage you to apply.

Applications for the 2026 Lead to Inspire Masterclass will open in fall 2026. Stay tuned for more information.
When applying, you'll be asked to submit your:
- Your resume
- University transcripts
- A short answer to: “What motivated you to apply to this program?”
- Your Bain office preferences (your first choice should align with where you’ll be studying in Fall 2026; preferences will not affect your application outcome)

How do I apply?
Visit the application portal in September. Please prepare and submit your resume, university transcripts and a short answer to: “What motivated you to apply to this program?”. Select up to 3 office preferences. You’ll also be asked for a possible start date—please use November 2025. After the deadline, you’ll receive instructions for a brief online assessment.

If I’m not selected for the Masterclass, can I still apply for roles at Bain?
Absolutely. We have limited spots for this program, but we strongly encourage you to apply for full-time or internship roles regardless of the Masterclass outcome.

How long is the program?
The program runs over 9 months, starting in October 2025 with your mentor match and first Masterclass session. Monthly trainings will continue through spring 2026.

Is this the same as the True North Scholarship?
No, this is a separate program. The True North Scholarship is offered by select offices (London, Zurich, Munich, Middle East, Australia). You are welcome to apply to both programs.
