Join our Lead to Inspire Weekend and gain practical insight into what a career in management consulting at Bain could look like. This event is designed for experienced professionals who identify as women, are passionate about advancing women in leadership, and are considering consulting as a next career step.
What the weekend looks like
As a selected participant, you will join a regional event designed to offer transparency, connection, and perspective. You’ll hear directly from Bain consultants about their experiences, engage in interactive sessions, and connect with peers navigating similar career questions.
The weekend combines learning, experience sharing, and time to reflect, so you can leave with a clearer understanding of consulting at Bain and your potential next step.
Participants will travel to Milan and enjoy a welcome dinner to get to know one another and meet Bain representatives.
A full day of interactive sessions focused on consulting at Bain, including discussions, practical exercises, and networking, followed by a social evening.
Closing sessions, final conversations, and departure.
Learn to lead from those who’ve done it
Gain insight into management consulting through conversations with Bain leaders and consultants who have taken different paths into the firm and beyond.
Connect with peers from diverse industries and backgrounds across Europe, and build relationships through shared discussions and experiences.

We invite experienced professionals from Europe with 2–6 years of full-time work experience who identify as women, are passionate about advancing women in leadership, and interested in learning more about consulting at Bain.

Applications for the Lead to Inspire Weekend 2026 are now open. Submit your application by March 22, 2026 at 11:59pm CET.
When you apply, please be prepared to provide the following details:
- Resume
- University transcripts
- Response the question "What motivated you to apply to Lead to Inspire Weekend at this point in your career, and what would you like to explore or better understand about consulting at Bain?"
- As part of the process, selected applicants will be invited to complete an online assessment in March to finalize their application.

What is the timing of the event?
The main event will take place on May 22-24, 2026 in Milan. Selected participants may also be invited to additional virtual sessions.

Bain will cover travel and accommodation costs associated with the event.

Lead to Inspire is intended for experienced professionals who are actively working. MBA students are encouraged to explore our on-campus events.

If I am not invited to Lead to Inspire, can I still apply to Bain?
Yes. Participation in the program is not a prerequisite for applying to full-time roles at Bain.
