About Benjamin
Expertise
Benjamin Cooke is a member of our Private Equity practice, advising clients across the alternative investment landscape.
He works with leading financial investors on firm strategy and operations, due diligence, and portfolio value creation. Since joining our firm, he has led more than 250 diligence efforts for buyout, growth, and impact investors. He also has deep experience supporting portfolio companies on growth strategy, helping drive successful exits. His advisory work spans firm and fund strategy, fundraising, growth, and operational improvement.
Benjamin has worked in our Boston and San Francisco offices, where he received the Polaris Award for his commitment to coaching and mentorship.
Prior to joining Bain, he was an analyst at an investment banking firm. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Yale University.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, two children, and their dog.
