Asian at Bain
Asian at Bain
Asian at Bain (AAB) is a vibrant community for Bain professionals of Asian, Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Native Hawaiian descent. Our programming focuses on building networks through mentorship and preparing for leadership by providing support to create pathways for success inside Bain.
A core piece of our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Bain has been investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion for more than 30 years. Beginning with our early affinity communities, we have expanded into a wide range of comprehensive programs to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
Asian at Bain provides affiliate members with an added layer of tailored support and a space to form meaningful relationships, drive connectivity, and build community. While we take pride in the deep bonds created within Asian at Bain, we also build connections with other affinity groups and share about the diversity of Asian at Bain cultures with the broader firm.
"Our Asian at Bain community is truly energizing. It's a great group of like-minded individuals who offer opportunities to talk authentically about our experiences."
