Siddhi’s work starts with the client. Before anything gets built, her team runs workshops to understand pain points and figure out where AI can help, a process that blends strategic thinking with technical execution from day one. That approach led to one of her most recent projects: building the first AI application for a leading bank in India, taking it from an initial business use case through proof of concept and MVP all the way to production deployment.
