Alec Koh

Alec is a leader in our Technology, Media and Telecom, AI Insights & Solutions, and Enterprise Technology practices.

Alec focuses primarily on AI, data and enterprise technology transformations. He has led several large-scale transformations for Fortune 500 software, hardware and financial technology companies. These transformations span end-to-end redesign of agentic workflows, as well as supporting CIOs and CISOs in putting the right operating model, governance, and controls in place to scale AI responsibly. In particular, Alec has deep expertise in go-to-market functions (e.g., marketing, sales, servicing, customer care).

In addition to his client work, Alec plays a leadership role in our TMT practice, developing our strategy and latest perspectives on Enterprise Technology and AI.

Alec joined Bain as an Associate Consultant Intern in 2015. He holds a degree in physics and economics from Claremont McKenna College. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling, running, exploring new restaurants, and listening to music.
