Andres Huerta

Andres Huerta is a member of the Bain Academy^SM team, and part of our Customer practice with a focus on strategy and supply chain.

Since joining Bain in 2012, Andres has garnered extensive consulting expertise, specializing in the consumer products, retail, financial services, and airlines industries. His international experience includes projects in Colombia, Peru, the USA, and Thailand, as well as an externship working with the Clinton Health Access Initiative in Eswatini.

Currently, Andres' focus involves designing and delivering executive education programs across diverse industries and global regions, having successfully served clients in the Americas, the UK, and Australia.

Beyond client work, Andres is one of the co-founders and co-leaders of BGLAD Mexico, the local chapter of Bain's LGBTQ Network, and has contributed to obtaining a 100% score for the office in the HRC Equidad MX Index. In 2023, he was recognized as a One Bain Award recipient for his commitment to our firm's diversity and inclusion.

Andres earned a B.Sc. in biotechnology engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology and an MBA from MIT Sloan with a Certificate in Healthcare (Class of 2017). He is a certified Scrum Master and a certified facilitator in LEGO Serious Play Method.

In his spare time, Andres enjoys building with LEGO and attending Lucha Libre shows with his partner.
