Andres Huerta is a member of the Bain AcademySM team.
He joined Bain in 2012 and has accumulated 8+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on the consumer products, retail, financial services, and airlines industries.
He is part of the Customer practice and has deep expertise in strategy and supply chain, having led projects in these topics for the past 3 years.
He is one of the co-founders and co-leaders of BGLAD Mexico, the local chapter of Bain's LGBTQ Network, and has contributed to obtaining a 100% score for the office in the HRC Equidad MX Index.
His international experience includes projects in Colombia, Peru, the USA, and Thailand, as well as an externship working with the Clinton Health Access Initiative in Eswatini.
He is currently dedicated to the design and delivery of executive education programs for clients in a wide arrange of industries, having served clients in the Americas, the UK, and Australia.
Andres earned a B.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology and an MBA from MIT Sloan with a Certificate in Healthcare (Class of 2017). He is a certified Scrum Master and a certified facilitator in LEGO Serious Play Method.
In his spare time, Andres enjoys building with LEGO and attending Lucha Libre shows with his partner.
