Arushie Mangla

Arushie Mangla is a member of our Retail practice. She has more than 7 years of consulting experience with Bain across the UK, India, and Africa.

Arushie has worked extensively with digital insurgents and rapidly growing incumbents within product and service retail including ecommerce players, food-service players, fashion and lifestyle specialists, and grocery retailers. She has supported them across a variety of topics including strategy, customer experience, digital commerce acceleration, and operating model.

Outside of client work, she leads Bain London's senior consultant professional development programme.

She holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
