How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
Bain is a special place to work. From my first day as an Associate Consultant Intern in summer '23, I was challenged to grow and placed on teams that pushed me — professionally and personally. Two years in, that hasn't changed. I am grateful for the accelerated learning, close team bonds, and high-impact work.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
The teams you work with are really what make Bain special. You spend a lot of time together and get close over the course of a case. I'm grateful for the friendships I've made and for the countless times supervisors have invested in me.
What advice would you give a candidate who is interested in recruiting for consulting?
For those interested in recruiting: the best way to set yourself up for success is having high-impact past experience. Bain values people who have demonstrated real impact on teams, and equally values curiosity, which I think is one of the most important traits you can bring to this job!
