Cassy Reichert

Cassy Reichert is a Vice President in our Customer Experience practice. 

With nearly two decades of Bain consulting experience, Cassy is a recognized leader in customer experience transformations and the Net Promoter System℠, helping companies create lasting economic value through customer loyalty. She has also played leadership roles within our Sustainability and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practices. 

Prior to joining Bain, Cassy worked in investment banking at UBS. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a BA in international relations and political science.
