Cassy

Cassy Reichert is a leader in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practice. She is focused on embedding social equity and DEI in our commercial client work, as well as our work in the community with leading social pioneers.

In her 15+ years at Bain, Cassy has held numerous leadership positions. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Bain's Customer Strategy & Marketing practice, where she led innovation and advised client teams on topics related to customer experience and Net Promoter System.

Prior to joining Bain, Cassy worked in investment banking at UBS. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a BA in international relations and political science.
