As the firm’s oldest and largest office, it has played an integral role in transforming Bain into one of the world's leading management consulting firms. Bain's Boston office lends years of consulting experience and invaluable skills to make an impact in the local community. For more than a decade, Bain Boston has participated in an annual office-wide volunteer effort, Community Impact Day. Over the years, we've provided thousands of hours of community service to a range of organizations in the Greater Boston area, with a particular focus on education reform and economic development.

City Year

Bain was one of the founding sponsors of City Year, an organization that provides educational programs for at-risk children. Bain employees have regular opportunities to support both the children who benefit from City Year's services and the corps members who devote their time to helping these students excel.

Inspire

Founded by Bain Boston consultants, Inspire is a national volunteer organization that gathers consultants from various companies who are passionate about applying their expertise to the social sector.
