Daphné Vattier

Daphné Vattier is part of Bain's Private Equity practice, focused on post-acquisition work. She joined the firm in September of 1998. Her experience covers core business growth, sales force effectiveness, cost reduction programs and organization redesign.

Over the past five years, she has been working extensively with several companies under LBO across Europe, contributing to significant success stories in the European market in her key areas of expertise, consumer goods, business services and retail.

Daphné has 12 years of experience in consulting. Prior to consulting she worked in marketing for Unilever in France. She is a graduate from HEC in France.
