Edel O'Sullivan

Edel is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice, focusing on Strategy and Commercial Excellence. She has more than ten years of consulting experience.

During her time with us, she has served clients across multiple sectors within advanced manufacturing and services, with emphasis on auto, construction materials, and machinery. She has extensive experience in strategy development and Go-to-Market design, particularly channel management in a B2B setting.

From 2021 to 2024, Edel served as the Chief Commercial Officer for the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. In this role, she led top and bottom-line growth globally across motorcycles, parts and accessories, and apparel, managing the Go-to-Market strategy through the global dealer channel. Edel also led dealer training and customer service.

She received her MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School in June of 2007 and holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Caracas, Venezuela. Prior to joining us, Edel worked for Procter & Gamble at their Latin American headquarters in Caracas.
