Edel O'Sullivan

Edel is a member of our Automotive & Mobility practice and serves as its Lead for the Americas.

She has nearly two decades of management consulting experience across the automotive, construction, and machinery industry. Her expertise spans strategy development, B2B go-to-market design, channel management, and OEM and dealer dynamics.

From 2021 to 2024, she served as Chief Commercial Officer for the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, leading top- and bottom-line growth globally across motorcycles, parts and accessories. Edel holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar.
