Erin Gillman

Erin Gillman is a member of our Merger Integration, Technology & Cloud Services and Healthcare and Life Sciences practices. She has more than 15 years of experience with our firm, working primarily with technology clients across hardware, software, and solutions.

Erin specializes in merger integration and strategic transformation. She has deep experience across the M&A value chain, from leading corporate synergy due diligence through integration execution and post-merger value creation. Her work spans Integration Management Office setup and leadership, revenue and cost synergy realization, and critical people integration efforts—including culture, talent, organization design, operating model, and change management. In addition, she supports large-scale corporate transformations focused on growth acceleration, performance improvement, and organizational evolution.

Erin leads our firm's Bay Area community and social connectivity programming (Fun at Bain) and is an active member of our local women’s and diversity initiatives. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
