Erin Gillman is a member of our Merger Integration and Technology & Cloud Services practices. She has more than 10 years of experience with our firm, working primarily with technology and retail clients.
Erin's areas of focus include leading merger integrations and post-merger strategy and value creation. She has experience in Integration Management Office (IMO) launch and management, as well as leading critical aspects of people integrations (culture, talent, organization design and operating model, change managment). Erin also has experience in driving large-scale transformations, including capability building in product and portfolio management and customer-centricity (NPS).
Erin leads our firm's Bay Area community and social connectedness programming (Fun at Bain) and is an active member in our Bay Area women's and diversity activities.
Erin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
