About Maximilian
Maximilian Klein is a member of our Retail, Consumer Products, and Performance Improvement practices.
With nearly 10 years of consulting experience, Max has advised a wide range of leading retailers and consumer goods companies across Europe. He focuses on cost and performance improvement, organizational redesign, and driving efficiency in corporate support functions. His clients include both large corporations and portfolio companies of financial investors.
Outside of client work, Max leads associate consultant intern recruiting in Switzerland and serves as the Swiss Consulting Staff lead for Bain’s Best Case Experience initiative.
Max holds a double master’s degree in strategic management from HEC Paris and the University of St. Gallen.
