Rachel de Leon is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources (ENR) practice, with a focus on Oil & Gas.

Rachel is one of the primary architects of our Workforce of the Future perspective for ENR, which she has developed through work with Fortune 100 energy companies. Her client work spans the energy value chain, including major operators, midstream and downstream assets, petrochemical production and oilfield services, as well as functions such as engineering and capital projects. She also has extensive experience in growth strategy and transformation and works collaboratively with client teams.

Beyond her client work, Rachel leads Women at Bain for our Houston office and mentors colleagues across our Texas offices.

Before joining our firm, Rachel worked as an offshore field engineer at Baker Hughes. She holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering from the University of Florida.

Rachel lives with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, cooking and planning family trips.
