Saumya helps large enterprises turn business strategy into executable technology and architecture roadmaps, modernizing go-to-market capabilities and enterprise platforms to deliver measurable growth and cost savings through scalable, business-aligned architecture. His work focuses on RevTech and Quote-to-Cash transformations, bringing together sales, marketing, commerce, legal, and finance to simplify processes, improve deal velocity, and strengthen revenue operations. He has led go-to-market (GTM) architecture and CPQ optimization efforts, driven application rationalization to remove redundancy and reduce run cost, and guided cloud strategies to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and the full revenue lifecycle.
Prior to joining Bain, Saumya held enterprise architecture and technical leadership roles at Atlassian, Salesforce, Edelman Financial Engines, and Cisco. In these roles, he shaped RevTech and Quote-to-Cash architectures and delivered GTM transformation roadmaps, with a focus on simplifying commercial processes, rationalizing application portfolios, and strengthening customer relationship management and integration foundations.
