Vishwajit Joshi is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.
He brings over 20 years of industry and consulting experience across India, Europe, and the United States. Vishwajit focuses on manufacturing and supply chain strategy, performance improvement, and advanced manufacturing technologies, including digital, Industry 4.0, generative AI, and analytics. He also leads large-scale transformation programs with a strong emphasis on capability development and change management.
In addition to his work in manufacturing, Vishwajit specializes in the life sciences industry, with experience across the value chain for generics, biologics, and personalized medicines. He applies digital tools and analytics to enhance pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systems. His broad sector exposure spans discrete manufacturing, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, information technology, financial services, and outsourcing. He also brings cross-functional expertise in areas such as R&D, manufacturing operations, legal process outsourcing, and mergers and acquisitions—serving clients across a diverse product spectrum from salt and ice cream to diamonds and medicines.
In his personal time, Vishwajit is a student of the Indian philosophy of Rational Mysticism.
