WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be based in GBS Warsaw and work as part of Bain’s Sourcing Center of Excellence. The team supports sourcing across Bain’s varied businesses and practices, helping identify, engage, and assess prospective candidates through multiple channels. You’ll work closely with recruiters, account managers, and stakeholders to provide high-quality support across recruiting efforts and contribute to priority initiatives for the Sourcing CoE.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Junior Sourcing Recruiter, you’ll report to the Regional Lead and support sourcing activities across Bain’s recruiting priorities. Based in GBS Warsaw, you’ll be part of the Sourcing CoE and contribute to candidate sourcing, initial screenings, talent mapping, market research, and maintaining accurate recruiting data across dashboards and systems. You’ll also help drive high-priority initiatives for the CoE, contributing to best practices, process improvements, and market insights.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You’ll assist in sourcing candidates through a range of channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, external databases, and internal tools.
- You’ll use strong judgment to assess prospect suitability for specific roles and teams based on recruiter briefs, and you’ll provide thoughtful recommendations accordingly.
- You’ll collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality sourcing support across recruiting efforts.
- You’ll create and maintain talent market maps, target company lists, and diversity talent maps as needed.
- You’ll research talent prospects using online sources, external databases, and internal tools, while organizing and managing candidate longlists in LinkedIn Recruiter projects and related systems.
- You’ll communicate effectively with candidates about role details and Bain’s value proposition, and you’ll conduct candidate screenings to assess role fit and suitability.
- You’ll assist in developing and executing best practices for candidate sourcing and outreach.
- You’ll prepare and manage sourcing-related intellectual property, including talent market insights, industry updates, and competitor analysis.
- You’ll work with cross-functional teams on sourcing-related initiatives, including partnering with Recruiting Marketing CoE and recruiters to identify potential event attendees and provide market insights for targeted events.
- You’ll maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems and databases.
ABOUT YOU
- You have prior experience in sourcing and headhunting.
- You have strong interpersonal, written communication, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- You are able to work independently and as an integral member of multiple teams.
- You are a self-starter with strong organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and manage multiple tasks.
- You have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with the latest sourcing tools and technologies is a plus.
- Experience with SharePoint and HRIS systems is preferred.
